White-vented Myna (Acridotheres javanicus): This species appears to me to be as common as the Common Myna ... wherever you can see the Common Myna chances are you can also see this bird. This individual was photographed in the backlane behind my house in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, perched on the front of a motorcycle. This species ranges from Bangladesh to Indochina, Java and Sulawesi, is resident in Peninsular Malaysia and spreading.
