The Common Tiger (Danaus genutia) resembles the Plain Tiger (Danaus chrysippus) except that its veins are marked with thick black lines. These two "milkweed" butterflies are related to the Monarch (Danaus plexippus) famous for its migratory flights from Mexico through the US to Canada.
