This is a more recent photo of the Common Parasol (Neurothemis fluctuans) taken in a sort of green haven inside a university campus. Although it's a common species, I have not seen it in villages and rural areas. It seems to prefer relatively undisturbed spots along the forest fringe or secondary vegetation.
