The Pied Paddy Skimmer (Neurothemis tullia) spots an unusual colour combination for a dragonfly... a black body and black wings edged with white. The wing tips are transparent. I don't know if this species is rare (or uncommon) but so far I have seen it only once. I'll keep a lookout for it again.
