This orange-coloured bracket fungus growing on a dead tree trunk at about eye level provided a spot of colour to the brown-and-grey of the forest understorey. This fungus species was also growing on other parts of the trunk but I decided that this group of three provided a better photo composition. I saw some other fungus species during our hike in the Bukit Gasing forest park.
